One of the Onassis Foundation’s most ambitious projects, ONX Studio is an accelerator for a global community of member artists who create immersive extended reality and artificial intelligence works. Across creative disciplines, ONX Studio has become an influential hub and manifestation of the dynamism of a new global interdisciplinary artistic ecosystem.
The campaign utilized a full-suite digital campaign, focusing on sharing content from the studio to targeted audiences. Cause Lab helped ONX Studio establish a comprehensive narrative storytelling strategy, applicable across the wide variety of services the studio offers. Through showcasing members, their practice, and the impact of their work on a global scale, audiences were exposed to all facets of the Studio, building influence and awareness within public perception.
ONX Studio members are selected to join the accelerator program based on their proven experience in the XR space as well as their transformative artistic vision. Based mostly in NYC and LA, members of ONX Studio are each working on a major project that will be developed, produced, and presented at ONX. Through the work of the studio, ONX members have developed and presented works around the world, including SXSW, The Venice International Film Festival, ArsElectronica, Tribeca Festival, Mutek, and BAM’s Next Wave Festival.
The campaign goals were to increase brand awareness and provide a sophisticated platform to showcase artists and creatives – and create an audience to match. Concurrently with the Archive of Desire festival, ONX Studio was exposed to 40+ million impressions between our out-of-home advertising and digital marketing techniques. We increased social followings by 21.7% and engagement by 64.7% in a three month period.
